By using PrivacyCat's Services, you designate PrivacyCat as your Authorized Agent to act on your behalf for data removal purposes. This authorization includes:
- Submitting opt-out, data deletion, and suppression requests to third-party data brokers
- Communicating with data brokers about the status of your requests
- Providing necessary information to verify your identity with data brokers
- Following up on pending or incomplete removal requests
This authorization continues until you cancel the Services or request account deletion.
8 User Responsibilities and Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Share your account credentials with others
- Engage in harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities while using the Services
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our Services

- Automatic Renewal: Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page
Refund Policy
💰 Important: Once opt-out requests have been submitted on your behalf:
- Full refunds cannot be issued as services have been rendered
- Partial refunds may be available depending on your subscription level and usage

- Monthly: $9.98/month, billed monthly
- Yearly: $99.98/year, billed annually
- Lifetime: $499.98 one-time payment

11 Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrivacyCat will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your personal data by third-party data brokers
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Any damages resulting from third-party services or websites
💰 Liability Cap: Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
12 Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
By using the Services, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

16 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Ohio for any actions not subject to arbitration.
17 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrivacyCat, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your provision of false or inaccurate information
- Your violation of any third-party rights
18 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
